Small Business Awarded $28M Wolf Creek Navy Contract Option

The Department of Defense announced Friday that Wolf Creek Federal Services Inc., of Anchorage, Alaska, has been awarded a $28.59 million modification under a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to exercise option three for base operations support services at installations in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NavFac) Marianas area of responsibility.

Sixty percent of the work is to be performed at Navy housing at Naval Base Guam, and 40 percent at housing a Andersen Air Force Base. It is expected to be completed by October 2017, according to the announcement.

The work to be performed includes management and housing operations to maintain and repair family housing units, unaccompanied housing units, and provide any services, maintenance and change of occupancy maintenance in both vacant and occupied family housing units and unaccompanied housing units to include management, supervision, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, material, supplies, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary.

After award of this option, the total cumulative contract value will be $102.95 million. Fiscal 2017 Navy family housing operations and maintenance (Navy); fiscal 2017 quarter operations (Navy); fiscal 2017 sustainment (Navy); and fiscal 2017 family housing operations and maintenance (Air Force) contract funds in the amount of $11.02 million for recurring work will be obligated on individual task orders issued during the option period. NavFac Marianas is the contracting unit.
