PITSC Inc. and ReMilNet LLC were the Jacksonville companies that received contracts in the SeaPort-e program, the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas. The areas, which include engineering, program management and financial management, are part of a rolling admissions process. More than 2,000 contracts have been awarded through the program, and most are granted to small businesses. The contracts must be completed within four years.
